This self catering vacation-rental property was complete renovated in 2007.
The beautiful Apartments are surrounded by a large tropical garden. There are 2 different
type of budget accommodation flats suitable for a larger vacation-rental guest-house
function.
Apartment / flat 1
Self catering nicely & individual different matching furnished one bedroom apartments.
One bedroom apartments feature a small living settee which can also be used as a 42 inch
wide sofa bed. In the bedroom are two single beds which can join together with a zip as a
king size bed, one bathroom and a separate kitchenette.
The living rooms have fans, fans & air-conditioning in the bedrooms, Mosquito screens
and wrought iron burglar bars on the windows and doors.
There is SAT-TV, a Stereo Set and a Telephone in this apartment.
The kitchen has fan, ceramic field stove top, all cooking facilities, microwave, fridge-freezer,
toaster oven, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Free safe box and Wi-Fi. To use wireless you need to bring your own laptop, pad or phone.
Accommodation for max. 3 person.
Apartment / flat 2
This adorable spacious self catering 2 bedroom flat can be rented to accommodate up to 6
persons as there are two sofa beds as a settee and a separate wardrobe in the apartment.
The apartment has a large living/dining room, two bedrooms, complete kitchen, two baths
shower / toilets (one en-suite), The living room amenities are SAT-TV, Stereo System,
Telephone and fans.
The kitchen has a ceramic field cooker top and hood, oven, fridge-freezer (with ice-maker),
toaster, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped to use them as a king size bed.
The living rooms have fans, fans & air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
Free safe box and Wi-Fi. To use wireless you need to bring your own laptop, pad or phone.
Accommodation for max. 6 person.
This apartment can be also divided in 2 one bedroom apartments.
There are mosquito screens and wrought iron burglar bars on the windows.
Relax and enjoy the patio were you have a nice view into the garden.
Fresh sheets, towels (not beach towels) and room service are provided twice per week.
There is a laundry room which can be used by the guests.
The closest white beach is located about 100 yards / meter, the distance to Dover beach is
approx. 250 yards / meter and the Casuarina + Turtle Beach Club Hotel is approx. 200 yards
/ meter away. More lovely white sand beaches are close by.
From the airport it will take about 20 min. to your accommodation.

The Center of St.Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 walking minutes
away. In St. Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, beach bars, delis, snack-bars,
clubs, discos, banks, supermarket and different shops.
Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness centre and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s
are easy accessible.
The bus stop is about 250 yards / meter away. There are busses, mini-busses and route-
taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx. 15 min) and to other parts of the island until
midnight. The bus fare is 2.00 BDS$.
We offer private English speaking Island tours, car rentals and different activities on the
island. Please be aware that many activities offered in the Internet are not always the best
rate you can get. Many car rental companies even quote cheap rates and than the people
have to pay at arrival higher.
I would suggest you either wait with activities and car rentals or check with us for reliable
companies and rates.
