Stone Angel Bed & Breakfast ( South Bohemia, Czech Republic )
Owned by Daniela and Ondrej Simon's family, the Stone Angel Bed & Breakfast is an
old farmhouse, built in 1776. It is located in a small village of South Bohemia, Czech
Republic, approximately 1 hour drive from Prague. Recently renovated, our Bed &
Breakfast offers fine accommodation and excellent recreation.
The Stone Angel is open from April 1 to September 30 with four private rooms for rent,
sleeping a maximum of 10 guests. In addition to rooms rental we also offer Art
workshops.
Guests can choose from a variety of recreational activities. Nearby lakes, rivers, forests,
meadows and pastures surround our small village, which is very convenient for
swimming, hiking and cycling. Marked paths amd trails facilitate navigation though the
region's natural surroundings and local towns. In nearby towns you can explore cultural
history and architecture in its full beauty – including medieval castles, baroque churches
with beautiful cemeteries and other historic landmarks while also experiencing local
Czech village life.

The Stone Angle has four private rooms for rent, all with modern, newly built bathrooms.
There is a two level Baltimore suite with a separate entrance from the porch. The suite
has two rooms and a large bathroom with a bath-tub on the upper level. The
Philadelphia and Keyport rooms have showers in their bathrooms. The Baltimore Suite
and Keyport Room can be joined and can sleep even more people, which is convenient
for a larger family. All rooms and bathrooms are electrically heated.
The whole house could be rented for 650 Euro/week (maximum10 people).
Baltimore Suite 1st floor (sleeps 2)
This is formerly the farmhouse pigsty, which has been converted into a charming room
with a private entrance to the yard. A hand made circular staircase (made by local black
smith) leads to the upper floor.
Baltimore Suite 2nd floor (sleeps 3)
Original construction beams have been preserved as much as possible and contribute
to a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Philadelphia Room (sleeps 3)
This is a spaciously comfortable room that is filled with sunshine all day. Two large
dorm windows offer a splendid view over the garden and further beyond into the farm
fields.
Keyport Room (sleeps 2)
Although slighly smaller than the other rooms, it is nevertheless comfortable and cozy
lodging.
