If you come by N88 road from AUBENAS or MENDE : Go as far as LE PUY-EN-VELAY. In
LE PUY-EN-VELAY, take CLERMONT-FERRAND direction on N102 road. As soon as you
leave LE PUY-EN-VELAY, there is a sign pointing to the right to POLIGNAC. Follow this
direction and go as far as POLIGNAC (3 kms). Enter POLIGNAC village and follow signs «
Chambres et Table d'hôtes La Gourmantine ».
If you come by N88 road from ST-ETIENNE : 3 kms before LE PUY-EN-VELAY, take
CLERMONT-FERRAND D374 direction. At each roundabout, keep CLERMONT-FERRAND
direction till you find POLIGNAC direction. Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs «
Chambres et Table d’hôtes La Gourmantine ».
If you come by N102 road from CLERMONT-FERRAND, BRIOUDE or LA CHAISE DIEU : 5
kms before LE PUY-EN-VELAY, you can see on the left road-side an old castle at the top of a
big rock. It is POLIGNAC. At the first roundabout, take POLIGNAC direction (0,5 km). Enter
POLIGNAC village and follow signs « Chambres et Table d'hôtes La Gourmantine ».
If you come by D15 road from VALENCE, LAMASTRE or ST AGREVE : In BRIVES-
CHARENSAC turn right just before the bridge. Go along Loire river till you find CLERMONT-
FERRAND direction. In each roundabout, keep CLERMONT-FERRAND direction till you find
POLIGNAC direction. Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs « Chambres et Table d’hôtes
La Gourmantine ».
