On the borders of the Lot and Garonne, Gers and the Landes. In a park shaded by pines and
oaks, Frances and Joel welcome you in a nice house, with swimming pool (10 mx 5 m), park
of 2.5 ha pond.
Our two guest rooms with all comfort, ground floor, each with direct access, a bathroom and
private toilet, TV with DVD and CD player, and WiFi access,
They each have a separate entrance and a terrace with garden furniture overlooking the park
and pool.
They label the 3 Keys CLEVACANCES.
Breakfast is served on the terrace under the pergola or in the house.
Possibility cot and extra bed.
Picnic basket to order.
Hours: we will ask you to please check in from 16 hours
and leave the room at 11 o'clock.
However, you may stay and enjoy the pool the rest of the day.
You can, if you wish, enjoy the benefits of massage and relaxation offered by Françoise at the
spa to be "Bubble of Happiness", located on the property.

The room "SUNFLOWER" and room "ROSE" have direct access and are equipped with a
separate toilet, a bathroom, television with DVD and CD player, WiFi access, an electric
cooler, to terrace with garden and direct access to the pool.

Tourist tax: € 0.30 per day per person.

The district has 270 kms of rural roads including 160 km of marked trails for hikers and
bikers, meandering on the slopes of Armagnac, who stroll through the vineyards along the
rivers and in the Landes forest.
Nearby:
* You can play tennis, canoeing and kayaking on the Gélise the archery.
* You can enjoy the beach in the leisure of Lislebonne.
* For golfers there are two 18 hole golf courses nearby:
- to Golf d'Albret Barbaste
- to Golf Guinlet Eauze
- and 35 kms from the golf Casteljaloux
* Two equestrian centers: Poudenas and Gabarret
* The Wednesday evening in July and August you can, in a musical atmosphere and very
