Owned by two American architects, the Villa’s name, “Blue Dream” says it all, it is the
perfect stay in downtown Guanajuato without the hustle and bustle, but with all the tradition
of Colonial Mexico.
Located one block from Parque Embajadoras, Villa Sueno Azul is within walking distance
(about 7 minutes) to major attractions like: Teatro Juarez, Main Square, Mercado Hidalgo,
The University Language School, and the famous Presa de la Olla. Inspired by the “Bed and
Breakfast” concept our Villa offers an artisan touch, with Mexican essence, and a homey
feel.
With 6 guest rooms, all non-smoking, our Villa assures you an authentic Mexican
experience, a cozy stay, and unique service Our guests enjoy our relaxed atmosphere, our
attention to detail, our smoking designated areas, our elegant yet simple interiors designed
to make your stay truly unforgettable.
Accommodations:
Our Bed and Breakfast is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Guanajuato, because
besides it being historic, it is also clean and quiet. We are just across the street from San
Sebastian Temple (another UNESCO designated historic building). As the new owners, we
completely remodeled this house to be a Bed and Breakfast with an artisan touch, but with
all the conveniences of modernity.
The layout of the Villa surrounds a covered patio where every morning breakfast is served,
accompanied by the soothing sounds of the fountain. Our beds are “truly” extra comfortable
which assures our guests a good night sleep. Our services without a doubt are very
personal and thorough which makes our clients leave satisfied and rested.
Rooms/Suites (Non-Smoking)
Our Villa has six guest non-smoking rooms each with full private bathrooms. However, we
do provide a nice outdoor terrace where smoking is allowed.
All rooms are equipped with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer, nice
clean towels, and kleenex. They also have a desk, a mirror, a chair, an armoire or small
closet, night lamps for reading, and “talavera” pitchers so that you can help yourself to as
much purified drinking water as you need.
Breakfast
A Continental breakfast is included in your Room Rate, and it is served every morning buffet
style. This breakfast consists fruit salad (strawberries and papaya), bananas and apples,
yogurt, cereals, Mexican sweet bread, toast, orange juice, milk, tea or coffee.
Rooms:
Our low season rates apply all year round except for the month of October due to Cervantino
Festival. Our rates include all TAXES, that in Guanajuato are 18%.
*All our rooms are Non-Smoking, have their own bathroom, and are Double Occupancy
only. However, in the case of children under 10 we allow for Triple or Quadruple Occupancy
in some cases. Children under 4 years of age stay for free at our B & B
Our Rooms are also equipped with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hair
dryer, nice clean towels, kleenex, and very comfortable mattresses.

Our official check in time is 3 p.m. But we are pretty flexible. For your convenience we accept
early and late check-ins. We just need to know ahead of time if you will be arriving after 8:00
PM or before 8:00 AM, to make arrangements for your check in.
Check Out
Our Check out time is 12:00 p.m. noon. However, if you need to check out before 8:00 AM
please let us know in advance, to make proper arrangements and the rest of our guests are
not disturbed.
