Nestled on 13 wooded acres at the base of the Adirondack High Peaks, Snow Goose Bed and
Breakfast offers four seasons of adventure, beauty, creativity and relaxation. Experience the
magic of a woodland retreat combined with the convenience of nearby attractions like Lake
Placid, Whiteface Mountain, Ausable Chasm, Lake Champlain ferries, Montreal and of course
miles of High Peaks hiking, ski and snowshoe trails.
Awaken to the smell of warm muffins and freshly ground coffee. Breakfast is served by the
fireplace - each dish lovingly created with all natural, local and many organic ingredients.
After breakfast, the day is yours for exploring, creating or just relaxing. Our inn is surrounded
by miles of scenic hiking trails - in fact, you can access several trails without ever moving your
car from our driveway. Keene Valley is "Home of the High Peaks" with trailheads to some of
NY's highest mountains only a short drive away. Once the snow flies, head to the downhill
slopes of Whiteface Mountain or to one of the many XC trails. Snowshoers and ice climbers
will find plenty to smile about here too.

Harmonies - The luscious green of woodland ferns inspired the decor in this soothing room.
Harmonies features the best views in the house, an antique full-size bed with Sealy pillow-top
mattress, fireplace with electric insert, wooden writing desk, and spacious private bath with tub
and shower. A trundle bed is available to accommodate an extra person.
Second floor room with beautiful wooded views. Room sleeps 2-3.

Passages - Freshly renovated, our most spacious room celebrates the rich colors of rock and
autumn leaves. Unwind after your day on our king-sized bed with Sleep Number mattress to
ensure your comfort!
You will also enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace, two dressers, comfortable seating
area and a spa-inspired private bath with corner shower. A daybed with trundle provides
accommodations for two additional people.

Legacies - You'll feel like you're nestled under the pines in this first floor room. The rich earth
tones highlight the wrought iron queen bed, antique oak writing desk with dresser, table with
two chairs and private bathroom with spacious step in shower. Almost as good as a
campfire, enjoy the flicker and warmth of the charming electric "wood" stove.
Legacies also includes a kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, basic
cookware and dishes -great for fixing a quick snack or light meal.
Private outside entrance onto our spacious porch with Adirondack chairs and hammock.

Additional Rate Information:
The higher room rate is charged on weekends and holidays. All rates are based on single or
double occupancy and do not include state or local tax. Additional guests in a room are $20
per night. Children ages 8 and older are welcome.
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Should you cancel or change your
reservation date 14 days or more before your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited unless you wish to apply it toward a later visit. All
cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. Our family pets are restricted from all guest
areas.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, The Snow Goose is a non-smoking facility.
Check in is after 2:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. Early or late arrivals/departures are
available by prior arrangement based on room availability.
